Shipping Policy

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post for dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination

Same Day Delivery: Orders placed by 1 pm will be delivered within the same day, and orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. **Please note that Same Day Delivery is not available during the weekend, only during the week.

Australia

Standard Post takes 2 to 9 days.

Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 4 days.

New Zealand

Standard Parcel takes 3 to 12 days.

Australia Post Express Parcel takes 2 to 7 days.
